We have an exciting opportunity to join our Newcastle team as a Sales Consultant.

Working in a busy and well established franchise dealership you will be working as a Sales Consultant, you will be working for one of the UK’s leading dealerships selling new and used cars manufactured in Sweden by one of the car industries strongest brands. The key to success in the role is to work with individual customers to understand their needs, guide them towards the most appropriate product that meets their requirements and, finally, close the sale.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Achieving sales targets by up selling, cross selling and add-on sales
  • Developing technical expertise and knowledge as part of the sales process
  • Looking for new sales opportunities within the thinking and planning process.
  • Communicating product and service information to customers.
  • Understand 'non-verbal' communication and adapting the sales approachaccordingly.
  • Providing support and an effective after sales service to customers
  • Demonstrating a systematic approach to organisation and administration.
  • Following through on requests to ensure promises are kept.

Qualifications and Skills:

Site Admin - August 2018 (Part Time, Permanent)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Harrogate team as a Site Administrator.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Daily banking of cash, cheques and reconciliation of card payments to daily reconciliation reports.
- Developing technical expertise and knowledge as part of the sales process
-Registering of purchase invoices. Obtaining managers authorisation for invoices and coding to relevant codes once validated
-Ensuring all invoices are received and authorised by management before the month end close process
-General filing and administration duties

Qualifications and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will be reliable and conscientious with a strong attention to detail and a proven track record in administration.
- Use of Kerridge/ADP system would be preferential but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Hours:
- Very Flexible with 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Working in a busy and well established franchise dealership you will be working alongside the Service Department with an existing team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff. You'll be professional and efficient with good attention to detail, have experience with working on all makes of vehicle and be a good team player.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
- Carry out MOTs & vehicle repairs & communicate issues to service manager & service advisors; conduct additional repair work as advised by managers or advisors
- Uses manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, and repairs are thorough and to highest quality
- Keep work area clean, neat, and to company standards, especially to ensure safety of all team members

Qualifications and Skills:
- You will be a qualified, certified Technician (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to Level 2) with dealership experience.
